We provide advanced monitoring for your server and the services on it. Each server comes with 24/7/365 monitoring as well as proactive response to any downed services.
How does it work?
If a monitored system or/and service reaches a critical state (such as website loads slow, mysql replication in failed state.) an alarm is triggered to notify the customer by mail and perform a synthesized voicecall to our on-duty engineers, which then actively take action to restore the service.
We monitor the system stats such as disk space, temperature, network and the defined services of a host and custom checks from the customer.
We do not just support the OS and Hardware. With our Application Management Plan we take care of your corresponding databases and application platforms such as:

We provide full support for the hardware in your server and choose quality products only. In the rare event of a component failure we replace it within 3 hours with the replacement parts we keep on-site.
Our datacenter partner is connected to the following transits with multiple 10G Links: TiNET, Atrato, NTT, GBLX and provides us with a 240+ Gbit/s Backbone.
Additional peerings to all major internet exchange points such as the AMS-IX, DE-CIX and LINX are present. Your servers are placed in Telecity2 or Databarn, both located in Amsterdam and interconnected in a ring infastructure.
